The Frito-Lay Summer 2026 Sales Representative position in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec, is a full-time seasonal opportunity from May to August, perfect for students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in route sales and merchandising. In this role, you'll be the face of Frito-Lay in your assigned territory. Responsibilities include stocking shelves with fresh products, rotating inventory to ensure quality, and managing cardboard returns. You'll drive a company truck (or use your own vehicle) to load, transport, and unload products according to scheduled routes. Execute eye-catching promotions, build displays, and order sufficient stock to meet customer demand. Regular communication with store managers will help you sell more effectively and build lasting relationships. Expect to stay organized, solve problems on the fly, and maintain pristine store presentations all day long.
To succeed, you need full-time availability from May to August, with flexibility for early mornings and weekends. A valid G or Class 5 driver's license with an impeccable driving record is essential, along with daily access to a reliable vehicle. Physical fitness is key—you must lift approximately 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work independently with endurance. Strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle priorities, resolve issues, and hit sales targets with minimal supervision are crucial.
