To thrive in this role, you need availability for full-time work from May to September, including early mornings and weekends. A valid full G or Class 5 driver's license with a clean record is essential, along with your own vehicle or reliable daily access. Physical fitness is key—you'll lift approximately 50 pounds and stay on your feet all day. Preference goes to those enrolled in college or university programs. Successful candidates are independent, motivated self-starters with outstanding organizational skills, capable of handling priorities, problem-solving, and hitting targets with minimal supervision.
