• Supporting the management of maintenance budgets, optimizing cost efficiency, and assisting with capital and engineering projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong technical foundation and leadership prowess:

• Trade qualified as a Fitter or Electrician, or hold an Engineering Degree.
• Proven experience in maintenance management within FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar high-volume production settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire trust, cooperation, and high performance.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety compliance, and EHS protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
