Addressing compliments, complaints, and challenges promptly is essential—recording resolutions in the 'Make it Right' log and collaborating with departments for special requests. Prepare end-of-shift summaries, review communication logs, and promote upsells for rooms, amenities, food & beverage, and the Choice Privileges loyalty program. Manage reservations per yield management practices, process credits securely, field calls, and maintain cash banks. Above all, deliver the Radisson experience through personal attention, empathy, and teamwork to exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of hotel front desk experience, customer service background, or hospitality roles.
