Key Responsibilities

As a Front Office Representative, your daily duties include receiving and processing guests, handling registrations, and managing transactions seamlessly. You'll greet every guest warmly, keep abreast of hotel accommodations, services, and local Bloomington attractions, and address compliments, comments, or challenges promptly via the 'Make it Right' log. Collaboration with other departments is essential to fulfill guest requests, while upselling rooms, amenities, food & beverage outlets, and the Choice Privileges loyalty program drives revenue. You'll prepare end-of-shift summaries, manage reservations per yield management practices, process credit securely, and maintain cash banks in line with policy. Qualifications & Requirements

Strong customer service experience is required, with previous hotel experience preferred, especially with Opera systems. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a positive professional attitude, solid computer proficiency, and a strong team spirit. Physical demands include standing, stooping, or bending for the entire shift, lifting up to 20-30 pounds, and pushing/pulling as required. Flexibility is crucial in our 24/7 operation—expect morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.
