Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
•Responsible for Servicing of Small/ Medium/ Aero derivative Gas Turbines products at customer sites.
•Plan, coordinate and execute onsite service activities to interface with customer’s requirements.
•Liaise with projects, engineering and other departments as required to obtain a full technical and commercial briefing prior to travelling to site.
•Carry out the on-site service/ overhaul activities to bring the package into service and obtain customer acceptance.
•Implement approved design changes and modifications that may be required to bring the product up to specification.
•Document problems encountered and design changes carried out whilst at site, for presentation at formal debrief meetings.
•Maintain a full log of service/ overhaul activities and record any customer delays during activities, complete a concise report.
•Carry out troubleshooting activities.
•Ensure compliance with company / customer HSE policy during all activities.
•Execute the outages safely, quality, on-time and within the estimated costs’
•Responsible for handling and controlling the vendors at site during the execution of the New Installation / outages.
•Responsible for interacting with customer for planning/executing the project and providing regular reports to customer.
•Responsible for reporting all site activities to Management and regular updates.
•Responsible to engage with customer and propagate Siemens’ products.
•You will be involved in technical discussions during the engineering or execution phase.

•Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum 2-4 years of work experience as a Field Service Engineer
•Willingness to travel on sites and offshore platform for long durations on short notices.
•Verbal and written communication skills in English
•Positive attitude towards learning & contribution to business success
•Strong customer centric approach
