1. Owns end-to-end VC design, modeling, and execution of Private/PCS VC plans, ensuring strategic alignment and motivational impact.
2. Governs the entire VC calculation, payout, and dispute resolution process with robust controls to guarantee data accuracy and process integrity.
3. Leads OP setting and adjustment process, enforcing rigorous data filing, adherence tracking, and consistency validation across all levels.
4. Builds and maintains key business analytics models (e.g., productivity, VC forecasting) to drive ROI assessment and data-informed decision-making.
5. Develops comprehensive distributor profiles to support Channel team on tiered management through integrated analysis of performance and potential

Job Description

1. End-to-End VC Management & Communication

  • Partner closely with BU Heads and key stakeholders to co-design, model, and calibrate the annual VC plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy and motivational effectiveness.
  • In charge of VC calculation, validation, and payout process. Implement robust checks and controls to guarantee accuracy in all commission and VC data.
  • Manage the query and dispute resolution process. Analyze payout outcomes to generate insights for continuous process improvement.

2. VC Design & Performance Analytics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the continuous optimization and execution of the annual OP-setting and mid-year adjustment processes.
  • Be responsible for the formal filing and maintenance of all OP allocation and adjustment data in the designated system of record. Track process adherence to ensure all SIC employees complete their OP assignments on schedule.
  • Systematically review and validate the consistency of aggregated OP at key milestones, ensuring the sum of individual/territory OP accurately rolls up to the total organizational target without gaps or overlaps.

3. Business Analytics, Modeling & Insight Support

  • Build, maintain, and refine key business models, including productivity/per-head analysis and VC forecasting models to assess ROI and effectiveness.
  • Support the channel management team by owning the development and maintenance of a comprehensive "Distributor Profile." Integrate multiple data sources to analyze critical dimensions such as historical OP attainment, MPC potential, and strategic alignment to enable tiered management and targeted support.
