爱迪生工程技术发展培训生项目EEDP

职位描述：

爱迪生工程技术发展培训生项目（EEDP）是为GE医疗培养未来的技术精英和技术领军者的培训生项目。通过2年在不同研发岗位颇具挑战的轮岗和一系列丰富的技术和领导力培训课程，项目成员能够具备优秀工程技术人才的综合素质，并在职业早期加速提升技术研发与创新的核心技能，全方位锻炼领导力，为长远职业发展奠定坚实的基础。

任职要求：

海内外应届毕业生（2026年7月底之前毕业）；

硕士及以上学历，专业方向为生物医学工程、图像处理与算法、软件开发/计算机工程、电气工程、机械工程等，详见下方专业方向列表

对医疗行业有基本的了解，对技术研发工作充满热情，勇于创新，接受挑战；

较强的逻辑思维和分析能力；自信乐观、积极主动、快速学习、善于解决问题；

较强的的团队协作能力，具备领导力潜质；

较强的沟通能力，优秀的中英文表达能力

专业方向列表：

电气工程方向：

模拟/数字电路设计，嵌入式系统，电力电子，FPGA，嵌入式软件编程，运动控制，熟悉相关的设计和仿真验证工具；

机械工程方向：

结构件设计，机箱机柜设计，运动机构，悬吊装置设计等；静力学和动力学仿真;熟练使用机械设计软件如Pro-E或Solid Works；

软件与计算机工程方向：

软件工程，计算机科学与技术，生物医学工程，图像处理，电子工程，通信工程，熟练使用Java，C/C++，Python等编程语言，了解micro-service structure，了解Linux OS；

图像处理与算法方向：

生物医学工程（仪器设计方向），电子工程，通信工程，建模与算法模型，图像处理、优化与重建，机器学习，深度学习，高等数学，物理等专业，熟练使用Matlab或Python；

系统设计方向：

生物医学工程（仪器设计方向），医工交叉学科，工程物理，高等数学，统计学，理工科跨专业或双学位毕业生

工业设计方向：

人机交互设计；用户体验研究等
