Job Description Summary

The Integrated Solution Manager (ISM) is a cross-modality strategic role responsible for designing and driving disease-focused clinical pathways across CT, MR, PET, NM, Ultrasound, Digital, AI, and therapy planning ecosystems.

This role partners closely with Product Managers, Sales teams, Clinical Applications, and external stakeholders to develop end-to-end clinical and business solutions that elevate GE HealthCare’s market competitiveness and unlock new growth opportunities in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

The ISM is the architect of integrated solutions, focusing on high-value markets such as Alzheimer’s care, Oncology & Theranostics, Radiation Therapy planning, Breast Health, Neurology, and Private Healthcare programs.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1. Solution Pathway Development

    • Develop end-to-end clinical pathways (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Oncology/Theranostics, RT Simulation & Planning, Breast Health).

    • Create strategic solution frameworks integrating CT, MR, PET, NM, US, AI, MIM, and digital tools.

    • Map clinical workflows, pain points, and value propositions to support hospital decision-making.

     2. Cross-Modality Integration

     • Lead collaboration across multiple BUs to create unified GTM strategies.

     •Build high-level positioning and “One GEHC story” for major key accounts.

     •Ensure seamless alignment with CT/MR/MI/US/Digital product owners without replacing BU roles.

     3. Commercial Enablement

       •Support Sales Directors and Account Managers in       focused deals.

      •Deliver C-suite–level presentations for hospital groups and private sector partners.

     •Increase win rate, total contract value, and solution attach rates.

     4. External Engagement

     • Engage clinicians, hospital executives, RT/Oncology leaders, and private healthcare groups.

     • Explore Pharma collaborations and new business models (self-pay programs, center-of-excellence development).

     • Represent GEHC in solution-driven discussions at conferences and customer strategy sessions.

     5. Strategic Insights & Market Development

     • Identify emerging opportunities in precision medicine, Theranostics, AI-enabled workflows, and disease-center programs.

     • Track outcome metrics for solution deployment and propose continuous improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5+ years experience in medical imaging, clinical workflow, strategic marketing, or healthcare solution roles.

• Strong understanding of CT/MR/PET/NM workflows or clinical decision pathways.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Mandarin and English. 

• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.• Experience in Radiation Therapy, TPS experience,  Nuclear Medicine, or AI-driven workflow solutions.
  • Prior background in medical physics, clinical applications, product marketing, or solution consulting.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear commercial value.
