The LEAN Leader is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the LEAN ecosystem at Integrated Supply Chain China. Focusing on driving SQDIC breakthrough in key areas: Supplier Development, Logistics Operation, sourcing Channels, parts localization, Region OTD and others temporary assignment.

Job Description

POSITION KEY BENIFITS:

w Personal development: Be well trained and become an expert in LEAN tools, build business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, proficient in analytics, prioritization, and facilitating critical discussions/solutions.

w Cross-function leadership: develop ability to influence others - be able to lead teams from multiple disciplines to drive sustainable results by leveraging LEAN tools.

w Specific technical competencies: Gain the technical skills necessary to be seen as credible by peers and managers. Strengthen foundation in marketing and sales competencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leverage LEAN methodology to drive supply chain SQDIC result to support business growth.   Assist Supply Chain/function Leadership in the development of ISC China LEAN roadmap, problem solving and build the sustainable standard work. Identify best practices within region and share across ISC. Directly provide formal and informal LEAN training and coaching. Improve LEAN training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in LEAN tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

English communication skill is a must Embrace and believe in LEAN culture, passionate about learning and deploying LEAN tools to deliver sustainable results. Self-motivated, can do attitude; ability to influence others for actions. Commercial tools experience: Funnel management, Channel Management, Sales Force Efficiency are must; Problem definition & structuring ability; strong analytical and problem solving skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented and result driven; be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment; Customer focused; be able to handle conflicts in difficult situations. Willing and able to travel (50%)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

BS/BA or above Degree is required 5+ years of Supply Chain experience LEAN system or DANAHER DBS experience with demonstrated success Knowledge of Funnel management, VOC, VSM, SW, PSP, 5S,Customer Segmentation, Demand Generation, Value Selling, Pricing Margin Management, Price Leakage Kaizen Ability to analyze commercial capabilities, root cause and identify LEAN growth tool improvement priorities Ability to work with functions in the implementation of the LEAN roadmap Superior communications skills Superior training skills and adult learning theory Superior consulting/influencing skills Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

w KPIs and Core targets in three areas with highest priorities by deploying LEAN growth tools;

w Numbers of scalable LEAN growth events;

w Establish good daily management and problem solving processes; 

w Identify and develop LEAN Leader candidate QTY in operating companies;

w KPIs and performance will be jointly decided and measured by the leadership of BU/Departments
