Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

・製造プロセスの設計、標準化、品質および生産性改善

・製造設備の仕様検討、設計開発、購買、導入、検証、維持、改良

・法規制、品質、安全、環境基準への適合に向けた技術的対応

・設計部門、製造現場、サプライヤ、品質保証部など関連部署との連携による課題解決

・海外拠点との英語でのメール・資料作成、技術的コミュニケーション

Required Qualifications

・工学系の大学卒業で設計または製造エンジニアとしての実務経験 (または、高卒で５年以上の経験) があり、製造プロセス（加工、組立、検査など）に関する知識がある。

・製造設備の立ち上げ経験（新規導入・既存設備の改善含む）があり、工場施設・ユーティリティ（電力、空調、給排水など）に関する基本的な知識がある。

・製造現場、技術部門などの社内関係者と日本語による円滑なコミュニケーションができる。

・英語によるメール対応等、基本的なコミュニケーション能力（読み書き中心）

Desired Characteristics

・設備導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・中国の製造拠点やサプライヤとの業務経験（英語または中国語）

・接着剤を用いた製造プロセスの取り扱い経験

・海外との技術的なやり取りやプロジェクト推進経験

・Lean Manufacturingの知識
