Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• CT detector構成部品の国内外サプライヤーへの発注・納期管理
• 在庫最適化・削減のプラン策定・実行
• 棚卸の実施
• 新製品導入・部品改廃の変更管理、本部内他部署との調整
• 工場内の安全活動への参画
• 業務プロセス標準化・改善・マニュアル化、派遣社員の業務サポート
• 将来的には、生産計画、出荷管理なども担当いただく可能性があります。
  GE HealthCare海外工場へのCT detector完成品の出荷業務
  納期遵守率向上の活動
  製造ラインのキャパシティと顧客納期を考慮した生産計画の策定

Required Qualifications

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル / 英語：ビジネスレベル（メール読み書き＋簡単な会話）
• クロスファンクションでのビジネス経験
• 国内、海外問わず周囲と良好な関係を築けるソフトスキル
• 自発的に学び、行動できる方
• 高等専門学校卒以上（文系・理系問わず）

Desired Characteristics

• サプライチェーンでの業務経験
• チームリーダー/労務管理経験
