Job Description Summary

We are looking for a second- or third-year student in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics, with approximately two years remaining in their studies, to join us for a part-time role (around 20 hours per week).

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will support financial and operational processes within a global organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Budget control and analysis, including quarterly comparisons and reporting.
  • Managing the global procurement order system to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reviewing and reconciling supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Advantage: Experience with GLPROD (Oracle Applications) or similar ERP systems.
