This role paints and refurbishes parts and devices .Involves painting using application of differently-based paints. Preparation of Prep of product for painting (Taping and wipe down, sanding).

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Painting using the application of differently-based paints.

  • Prep of product for painting (Taping and wipe down, sanding).

  • Repair of product, (cracks, broken formers, cosmetic integrity) using grinding bench, nylon braid reinforcement and click bond.

  • Modification and repair of non-conforming parts from MRB and Manufacturing.

  • Painting and repair of product from, Service and/or Manufacturing.

  • Upkeep and cleaning of all equipment daily, pertaining to job. (Paint guns, paint booth, bench grinder, drying oven, and all work related areas.)

  • Keeping an inventory and submitting requisitions to sourcing, for all paint, paint booth, and bench grinder supplies.

  • Maintain a high level of productivity.

  • Ability to follow all EHS safety and quality policies and procedures.

  • Ability to organize workflow, to accomplish weekly targets.

  • Comply with EHS and QA/RA regulations & policies

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent 

  • 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in paint booth
