角色与职责

• 规定和控制生产过程及工艺路线，包括实施工装和设备的标准化、设定产线标准作业、验证新产品落地产线并达到量产要求，以及设计工具工装等不断提高生产效率。
• 理解和熟悉精益生产。利用已有经验和专业知识，通过不断学习和沟通，与跨职能团队共同形成精益项目，并主导实现项目的预期收益，达到不断提升安全和质量水平、持续提升产能的目的。
• 深入理解关键业务，善于与其他团队合作为当前业务做出贡献。
• 具有问题分析和解决的能力，开放思维与团队协作，做出决定。

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在生产制造领域具有较丰富的工作经验。学历水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位及以上。

所需特性

• 优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
• 优秀的人际关系和领导能力，能够影响他人并领导小型团队制定计划和完成项目要求，同时能够协调多个项目。
• 有效的问题识别、分析和解决能力。
