Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

・超音波BK製品（手術室向けエコー）のエキスパートとして、製品ポジショニング、市場のセグメンテーション/ターゲティング、および既存ユーザーの維持を含むポートフォリオ戦略を策定・実行し、担当製品のビジネス成長と需要創出を目指していただきます。

・関連する社内の幅広い部署（営業、サービス、技術、製品ライン、薬事・品質保証部等）との協業や社外の顧客・販売パートナーとの連携により、新製品の上市や、製品マーケティング戦略を実行に向けて中心的な役割を担います。

・また担当製品(主にBKシリーズ)について十分な知識を習得し、国内外との連携により不具合の解消や、次期製品開発に対する国内要望のインプットなど、周囲と連携しながらリードして頂きます。

Required Qualifications

必要な資格

・大学学士号以上の資格保有

・日本：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル

・医療機器業界で3年以上の画像診断機器、もしくは手術用医療機器での従事経験があり、製品マーケティング経験があると可。

・基本的なプロジェクト管理スキルと、チームで協業するためのコミュニケーションスキル

・市場分析やデータ/デジタルリテラシーの高い方

・市場や環境の変化を恐れずに柔軟に対応するチャレンジ精神旺盛な方

望ましい特性

・英語：ビジネスレベル以上

・医療機器業界で5年以上の超音波機器販売、もしくは医療機器業界で3年以上の製品マーケティング経験がある方。
・管理職として組織をリードした経験、もしくはプロジェクトリーダーとしてチームをリードした経験がある方。
