Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling Patient Care Solutions products within the geographic area of Mumbai and Gujarat. Product portfolio includes: Anesthesia and Respiratory Care, Diagnostic Cardiology, Patient Monitoring, Maternal and Infant Care, Digital Care

  • Sales coverage is managed through both direct and indirect channels.

  • Develops specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the assigned area.

  • Utilizes strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

  • Contributes to strategy and policy development, ensuring effective delivery within the area of responsibility.

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices and understands how their area integrates with others.

  • Maintains working knowledge of competitors and key differentiators in the market.

  • Applies judgment to solve moderately complex tasks or problems across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer engagements.

  • Brings new perspectives to existing solutions and uses technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.

  • Leverages multiple internal and limited external sources beyond their own function to inform decisions.

  • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.

  • Communicates difficult or sensitive information effectively and works to build consensus.

  • Develops persuasion skills to influence others on topics within their field of expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and product selling of medical equipments and devices

  • The required knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

  • Proven capability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
