Job Description Summary

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level?
Do you thrive on creativity, love connecting with customers, and get fired up by big wins? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team and drive innovation in healthcare. In this role, you’ll be the face of our cutting-edge ultrasound systems, helping healthcare providers unlock their full potential. You won’t just sell—you’ll empower customers by training them to use our technology with confidence and precision. Once you're up to speed, you’ll take full ownership of your territory, building strong relationships and delivering impactful solutions.

This is a hybrid role with frequent travel, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule while staying close to the action. You will be working in and around the operating theatres and out patient clinic settings where you will be exposed to surgical and non-surgical procedures. If you're driven, curious, and ready to make a real difference—this is your moment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive growth and impact.

  • You’ll play a key role in boosting orders, sales, margins, and market share by delivering exceptional clinical consulting, building strong customer relationships, and supporting both the regional sales team and national show sites. Become a trusted expert.

  • As you deepen your understanding of your territory, product lines, and customer needs, you’ll help shape and execute strategic sales initiatives. You’re still growing—but already making a difference.

Think commercially, act decisively.

  • You’ll use your grasp of key business drivers to guide your work and contribute meaningfully to your team’s success. You’ll have the autonomy to make smart decisions within a clear framework, and you’ll know when to tap into senior expertise for more complex challenges.

Be the connector.

  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must. You’ll communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, translating technical details into real-world value. In customer-facing situations, you’ll be the bridge between our solutions and their needs—building trust and delivering results.

  • Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for local/national congresses and exhibitions and your regional customer base.
