  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Office to design governed data models, master data standards, and quality controls for key S2P objects (e.g., suppliers, POs, invoices, quality events).
  • Establish data stewardship practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global standards and regulations.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to maintain adherence to GEHC’s digital risk and privacy requirements.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Translate business and functional requirements into data architecture and integration designs that support analytics, automation, and reporting needs.
  • Ensure the Supplier Quality Collaboration System (SQCS) operates as a core component within the broader S2P data ecosystem.

  • Communicate complex technical and data concepts in clear business terms across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop trusted relationships with external vendors, solution partners, and system providers to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Insights

  • Drive data quality and process visibility through development of dashboards, analytics, and KPIs.
  • Support predictive and AI-driven insights to enhance supplier performance, spend optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Continuously assess new technologies and methods to enhance data accessibility and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with enterprise data organizations (e.g., CDO) in defining and delivering data-driven solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
