Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding after-sales service product pricing, provide quotations, and deliver related business support.
  • Support sales representatives in handling administrative tasks related to after-sales service sales operations.
  • Organize, archive, and track departmental documents, ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
  • Process shipping documents, orders, and related system transactions accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer contact information.
  • Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors and provide back-office support for customer service operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality service experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • ERP or CRM systems knowledge
