• Executing operational activities based on process needs and covering shifts for vacations, meals, or absences.
• Complying with procedures, policies, and operational strategies, including stopping activities if food safety risks are identified.
• Participating in required training and corporate initiatives like ReCon, Autonomous Maintenance, Motor+, GEHSMS, and Six Sigma.
