• Execute operational tasks based on process needs and cover shifts for vacations, meals, or absences.
• Strictly adhere to procedures, policies, and strategies, including BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 14001 environmental management, and food safety programs.
• Identify and halt any activities or products posing risks to food safety or quality.
• Participate in corporate initiatives like ReCon, Autonomous Maintenance, Motor+, GEHSMS, and Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
