  • Control and manage all machines in your zone, set them to PepsiCo standards, resolve minor disturbances, assist technicians with major issues, and escalate per protocol.
  • Execute daily maintenance, ensure accurate setups, efficient changeovers, timely fault detection, and swift repairs.
  • Spot improvement opportunities, actively participate in Lean improvement methodologies and team meetings.
  • Collect, process, and share accurate zone data per QCDM, handle deviations correctly, and conduct proper shift handovers.
