Responsibilities

  • Drive fully outbound, high-volume prospecting focusing on targeted accounts
  • Research and prioritize target accounts effectively
  • Manage and update prospect and account data in Salesforce
  • Execute sequences and cadences in Outreach for accurate records
  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement to ramp quickly
  • Meet ramp expectations starting in the first month on quota
  • Refine approach based on feedback and performance data
  • Stay organized and self-directed in daily workflows
  • Communicate proactively with manager and cross-functional partners
  • Share customer insights and improve BDR processes in the handbook
