Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and create SAOs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR-sourced SAO targets
  • Research and prioritize target accounts
  • Execute multi-touch outreach cadence including calls, emails, and social
  • Manage, track, and report prospecting activities and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on campaigns and events
  • Document and improve BDR processes in the GitLab handbook
  • Mentor new BDR hires to accelerate their ramp-up
  • Attend marketing events to engage participants and drive SAOs
