Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
  • Generate New Logo and Growth opportunities on accounts
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and create SAOs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly SAO targets
  • Research and prioritize target accounts
  • Execute multi-touch outreach cadences including calls, emails, and social
  • Manage and report prospecting activities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on campaigns
  • Attend events to engage participants and drive SAOs
  • Document processes in the handbook and mentor new BDRs
