  • Proficiency in conducting win/loss and root cause analyses (experience)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills for stakeholder discussions (experience)
  • Fluency in Czech and English (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Report to an Area Sales Manager and own a broad book of business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close
  • Articulate GitLab's DevSecOps value proposition aligned to customer outcomes
  • Analyze wins and losses with root cause insights shared across teams
  • Document accurate buying criteria, processes, next steps, and owners
  • Contribute to sales handbook improvements and best practices
  • Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales phases
  • Partner closely with technical teams and customer success
  • Represent customer voice by contributing to public issue tracker
  • Maintain evidence-based pipeline for reliable forecasting
