Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting quoting, pricing, opportunity booking, and subscription management in Deal Desk or similar functions. (experience)
  • Strong CPQ skills with technical acumen in tools like Zuora for calculations and charges. (experience)
  • Practical Salesforce experience creating and reviewing quotes, managing opportunities. (experience)
  • Ability to interpret commercial contracts and key legal terms for deal structuring. (experience)
  • High attention to detail for accuracy in quotes, order forms, and bookings. (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills as a self-starter. (experience)
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts related to contract structures. (experience)
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue teams. (experience)
  • Clear, concise communication skills to build trust with sales teams. (experience)
  • Initiative to identify root causes and prevent recurring Quote to Cash issues. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumption-based pricing structures. (experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce data troubleshooting for Net ARR and ARR Basis. (experience)
  • Knowledge of multi-year, ramped, or complex deal constructs. (experience)
  • Background in sales operations or revenue operations. (experience)
  • Expertise in manual validation using spreadsheets for pricing scenarios. (experience)
  • Participation in forecast calls and quarterly business reviews. (experience)
  • Proven ability to recommend process or configuration improvements. (experience)
  • Familiarity with channel and ecosystem partner deals. (experience)
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced quoting environments. (experience)
  • Understanding of AI integration in revenue workflows. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line trusted advisor for Sales on deal structure and quoting.
  • Own quote review process, validating SFDC opportunities, quotes, and order forms.
  • Review sales-assisted contracts for accuracy, commercial terms, and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales to interpret deal intent and troubleshoot quoting issues.
  • Support end-to-end Quote to Cash with Billing, AR, Revenue, and Channel teams.
  • Analyze deal data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
  • Manually validate quote calculations in spreadsheets for complex scenarios.
  • Participate in sales forecast calls, QBRs, and end-of-quarter standups.
  • Ensure accurate Net ARR, ARR reporting, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate to resolve subscriptions, invoicing, and collections issues.
