  • Develop and improve executive dashboards and key metrics reporting.
  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports while staying hands-on with analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and leaders.
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Anticipate information needs and proactively surface insights.
  • Shape best practices for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
