- Develop and improve executive dashboards and key metrics reporting.
- Lead a team of 3 direct reports while staying hands-on with analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and leaders.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Anticipate information needs and proactively surface insights.
- Shape best practices for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
