  • Comfort engaging at the executive level on both business and technical topics (experience)
  • Capacity to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote setting (experience)
  • Familiarity with measuring commercial impact of advocacy programs including pipeline influence and deal acceleration (experience)
  • Experience adapting to rapidly changing environments while balancing stakeholder needs (experience)

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key customers
  • Own the full customer advocacy lifecycle from recruitment to ongoing engagement
  • Influence cross-functional teams to integrate customer voice into narratives and strategies
  • Prioritize and manage advocacy opportunities supporting critical deals and initiatives
  • Establish processes for request intake, fulfillment, and reporting
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation in advocacy programs based on data
