Responsibilities

  • Build the regional sales plan and drive execution to meet quarterly bookings and ARR targets
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives

  • Drive new logo acquisition across medium-sized businesses
  • Shape long-term strategies for larger, complex accounts
  • Partner with marketing and networks to generate qualified pipeline
  • Establish operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for aligned execution
  • Develop executive-level relationships with key accounts
  • Analyze data to identify gaps, adjust plans, and report insights
