Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a 5-person sales team to execute territory plans and meet bookings goals.
  • Drive sales strategy and deal execution for existing and new commercial customers.
  • Analyze market dynamics, trends, and needs to refine territory and go-to-market approaches.
  • Prepare, own, and communicate accurate forecasts and territory management plans.
  • Educate team on competitive products, regulations, pricing, and DevSecOps trends.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top commercial sales talent.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success on account strategies.
  • Build healthy pipeline coverage and disciplined opportunity management.
  • Engage directly with key prospects and customers to support field execution.
