  • Lead business growth by owning country plan, pipeline discipline, and execution to hit bookings and ARR targets
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives with hands-on field involvement
  • Drive new logo acquisition across medium-sized businesses and strategize for larger accounts
  • Build market reputation partnering with marketing and networks to generate pipeline
  • Establish operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies for team accountability
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional partners for aligned territory coverage
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts for expansion
  • Analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance data to optimize high-impact activities
