  • Comfort operating in dynamic, growth-focused environments (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the regional sales plan to meet quarterly bookings and ARR targets
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Drive new logo acquisition across medium-sized businesses
  • Partner with marketing to generate qualified pipeline
  • Establish sales processes and operating rhythms like MEDDPICC
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for aligned execution
  • Develop executive-level relationships with key accounts
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Represent regional business with market trend insights
  • Model high-activity, field-focused sales behavior
