  • Experience as an FP&A Analyst or similar Finance role focused on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis (experience)
  • Focus on revenue-generating teams in prior roles (experience)
  • Strong business partnership skills translating insights into actionable recommendations (experience)
  • Ability to evaluate investment decisions through ROI analysis (experience)
  • Solid accounting foundations navigating the three financial statements in detail (experience)
  • Experience partnering with Accounting during monthly close processes (experience)
  • Proficiency in understanding and updating financial models following industry best practices (experience)
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets for financial modeling (experience)
  • Passion for data analysis and continuous learning on industry trends (experience)
  • Excellent analytical skills to uncover business insights (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (experience)
  • Equivalent practical experience to formal degree (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA (experience)
  • Experience with financial systems like NetSuite (experience)
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights (experience)
  • Ability to present financial data concisely to stakeholders (experience)
  • Proven track record in leading business reviews (experience)
  • Skills in variance analysis and commentary preparation (experience)
  • Experience managing workstreams independently (experience)
  • Background supporting Customer Success or Professional Services teams (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Google Sheets-based CS and Professional Services P&L models
  • Forecast headcount investments, bookings, revenue, and margin performance
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly forecast cycles for CS/Renewals/PS
  • Deliver insights on performance versus plan with actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to validate accruals
  • Reconcile key variances and prepare concise commentary for leaders
  • Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities via reports and presentations
  • Support data-driven decisions for FP&A leadership and Sales managers
  • Manage workstream prioritizing deliverables and escalating risks
  • Ensure deadlines are met for forecasts, close activities, and reporting
