Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics instrumentation capabilities to help teams understand product usage.
- Build and optimize scalable backend services and data models in Ruby on Rails for high-volume event collection.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and developer-friendly tooling for product teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Data teams on end-to-end solutions.
- Implement privacy-focused data collection patterns and compliance safeguards.
- Work on backend and frontend components of analytics tools for intuitive experiences.
- Contribute to technical design decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
- Refine internal events platform for scalable processing.
- Support metrics dictionary and version app initiatives.
- Deliver well-tested analytics workflows relied on by multiple teams.
