Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic major accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes coordinating cross-functional resources
  • Develop and execute account plans based on customer strategies
  • Provide leadership in pre- and post-sales stages for product rollout
  • Ensure successful adoption and expansion of GitLab products
  • Deepen knowledge of customer industries and competitive landscapes
  • Analyze wins and losses with root cause reviews
  • Share insights with account managers, marketing, and technical teams
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting and opportunity development
  • Act as trusted advisor to drive long-term partnerships
