  • Deepen understanding of customer industries and competitive landscapes
  • Analyze wins and losses, contributing to root cause reviews and insights
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting and opportunity development in accounts
  • Ensure adoption and expansion of GitLab products within accounts
  • Act as trusted advisor, informing sales strategy with development insights
