  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions (experience)
  • Comfort operating in periods of organizational change or transformation (experience)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for asynchronous work (experience)
  • Expertise in balancing strategic work with hands-on execution of people processes (experience)
  • Familiarity with providing data-informed guidance to leaders (experience)
  • Exposure to fast-paced tech environments of comparable size and complexity (experience)
  • Openness to learning company-specific ways of working (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of engineering-specific challenges like job leveling (experience)
  • Experience facilitating calibrations and performance processes (experience)
  • Knowledge of organization design and change management (experience)
  • Background in coaching leaders on global team navigation (experience)
  • Prior work with leadership transitions at executive levels (experience)
  • Familiarity with engineering offsites and alignment forums (experience)
  • Experience partnering with Talent Management and cross-functional teams (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior engineering leaders to understand priorities and translate into people strategies
  • Drive job architecture changes including new levels and consistent role expectations
  • Lead and facilitate engineering calibrations with PBP and Talent Management partners
  • Coach leaders on organization design, change management, and global teams
  • Collaborate with other PBPs and Talent partners for consistent experiences
  • Support planning and execution of engineering offsites and key forums
  • Build trust quickly with senior engineering leaders globally
  • Lean into engineering-wide processes like calibrations and offsites
  • Help bring cohesion to leadership teams spanning tenured and new members
  • Advise on maturing organizations and building high-performance cultures
