Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of five Renewal Managers
  • Establish and maintain a strong team culture fostering collaboration and excellence
  • Drive forecasting accuracy within a 5% range month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on strategy and mitigate renewal risks
  • Guide team in leveraging Salesforce and Gainsight for customer health monitoring
  • Lead engagement in forecasting calls, account reviews, and best practice sessions
  • Develop product knowledge and business acumen within the team
  • Model a customer-centric mindset and empathetic approach
  • Leverage tools like Gainsight, Gong, and Claude for insights and reports
  • Deliver renewal KPIs including 70%+ retention rates and strong on-time performance
