Responsibilities

  • Manage full new logo acquisition cycle from outreach to close
  • Build pipeline through phone, email, social, and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain and align value propositions
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives and committees
  • Develop strategic territory plans and tailored engagement strategies
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture for technical evaluations and POCs
  • Apply MEDDPICC and sales methodologies for pipeline qualification
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce records and forecasting practices
  • Collaborate asynchronously with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Drive adoption of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform
