  • Success navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees (experience)
  • Demonstrated C-level relationship building skills (experience)
  • High-velocity sales experience in SaaS or software (experience)
  • Disciplined pipeline management with 3-4x coverage (experience)
  • Growth mindset with startup mentality (experience)
  • Currently thriving in a high-performance sales environment (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology (experience)
  • Experience with Command of the Message framework (experience)
  • Background selling DevOps or DevSecOps solutions (experience)
  • Expertise in social selling strategies (experience)
  • Salesforce proficiency with meticulous data hygiene (experience)
  • Prior success in technical evaluations and POCs (experience)
  • Knowledge of AI-powered enterprise software (experience)
  • Territory planning and account prioritization experience (experience)
  • Collaboration with SDR, SE, and Customer Success teams (experience)
  • History of exceeding quota in new logo acquisition (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full new logo acquisition sales cycle
  • Build and maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage via prospecting
  • Execute daily cadence of cold calls, emails, and social selling
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain points and value
  • Navigate sales processes with C-level and cross-functional buyers
  • Develop strategic territory plans and account prioritization
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture for POCs and evaluations
  • Apply MEDDPICC to qualify and accelerate deals
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce records and account notes
  • Collaborate with SDR pod, Marketing, and Customer Success
