Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (experience)

  • Proven track record of closing new logos and owning full-cycle deals (experience)
  • Strong discovery and qualification capabilities (experience)
  • Ability to manage 15-20+ active complex deals simultaneously (experience)
  • Accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene maintenance (experience)
  • Strong work ethic with consistently high activity levels and persistence (experience)
  • Healthy sense of competition and motivation to hit ambitious targets (experience)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (experience)
  • Proficiency with modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full new logo acquisition cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build and maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage through high-volume prospecting
  • Execute daily prospecting cadence including cold calling, emails, and social selling
  • Run 3-5 high-quality discovery meetings per day with senior stakeholders
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales processes with C-level executives
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans and account prioritization
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture for technical evaluations and POCs
  • Master sales methodology to qualify opportunities and drive revenue
  • Maintain exceptional Salesforce hygiene with detailed notes
  • Exceed quarterly and annual quotas while sustaining pipeline velocity
