  • Demonstrated experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales (experience)
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC (experience)
  • Consistent achievement of quota in previous roles (experience)
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills (experience)
  • Experience selling to high-growth companies (experience)
  • Comfortable operating asynchronously across time zones (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in selling DevSecOps or SaaS platforms (experience)
  • Knowledge of AI-powered software solutions (experience)
  • Experience with Command of the Message framework (experience)
  • Prior success in greenfield territory development (experience)
  • Familiarity with Solutions Architecture partnerships (experience)
  • History of collaborating with SDR teams (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full new logo acquisition cycle from outreach to close
  • Build pipeline through phone, email, social, and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain and align value proposition
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives and committees
  • Develop strategic territory plans with account segmentation
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture for technical evaluations
  • Apply MEDDPICC methodology for pipeline qualification
  • Maintain Salesforce with detailed notes and forecasting
  • Orchestrate proofs of concept and post-sale handoffs
  • Contribute insights to refine go-to-market strategies
