  • Demonstrated skills in developing and executing strategic territory plans (experience)
  • Familiarity partnering with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success teams (experience)
  • Application of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (experience)
  • Consistent Salesforce practices with detailed account notes and forecasting (experience)
  • Experience in high-velocity sales motions for complex deals (experience)
  • Comfort operating asynchronously across multiple time zones (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background selling DevSecOps or AI-powered platforms (experience)
  • Experience targeting high-growth companies (experience)
  • Proficiency in creative outbound channels including social selling (experience)
  • Knowledge of technical evaluations and proofs of concept (experience)
  • Prior success in greenfield territory development (experience)
  • Familiarity with GitLab’s platform or similar tools (experience)
  • Strong forecasting accuracy in dynamic markets (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full new logo acquisition cycle from outreach through close
  • Build pipeline via phone, email, social, and creative outbound prospecting
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain and align value proposition
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles engaging executives and committees
  • Develop territory plans with account segmentation and prioritization
  • Partner on technical evaluations, POCs, and post-sale handoffs
  • Apply MEDDPICC and Command of the Message for pipeline qualification
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce records and predictable forecasting
  • Support change and innovation in customer decision processes
  • Collaborate asynchronously with SDR pod, Sales Engineering, and Marketing
