  • Strong pipeline building and management skills (experience)
  • Familiarity with complex, high-value B2B sales environments (experience)
  • Consistent quota attainment in previous sales roles (experience)
  • Experience in software or SaaS sales (experience)
  • Comfortable in greenfield territory development (experience)
  • High-velocity outbound sales execution history (experience)

  • Experience selling DevOps or DevSecOps platforms (experience)
  • Knowledge of AI-powered software solutions (experience)
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full new logo acquisition cycle from outreach through close
  • Build pipeline through high-quality prospecting across multiple channels
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain and align value proposition
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans and engagement strategies
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture for technical evaluations and POCs
  • Apply MEDDPICC and sales methodologies for pipeline qualification
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce records and forecasting practices
  • Collaborate with SDR pod, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered DevSecOps platform in target accounts
