  • Background selling into Financial Services industry accounts like banking, insurance, payments, or fintech (experience)
  • Understanding of Financial Services regulatory environments and compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, OCC (experience)
  • Demonstrated success building territories from scratch with territory planning and account segmentation (experience)
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills for executive-level conversations (experience)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting (experience)
  • Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline and co-sell (experience)
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce and similar platforms (experience)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse Financial Services audiences (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full new logo acquisition for Financial Services prospects with pipeline and Net New ARR goals
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans including segmentation and prioritization
  • Generate and progress pipeline through high-quality prospecting into Financial Services accounts
  • Run deep discovery and qualification uncovering compliance, security, and business drivers
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through close, navigating procurement
  • Partner with SDRs, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and channel partners on strategies
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and contribute to pipeline reviews
  • Act as trusted advisor sharing Financial Services market feedback and insights
  • Execute outbound campaigns targeting net-new banking, insurance, payments, and fintech accounts
  • Lead evaluations showcasing AI-powered DevSecOps for secure delivery in regulated settings
