- Robust monitoring and self-healing capabilities in database systems. (experience)
- Hands-on coding skills across the stack, from database to backend and frontend services. (experience)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices. (experience)
- Security hardening and site reliability engineering principles for database operations. (experience)
- Ability to debug complex, cross-system issues and create durable solutions. (experience)
- Experience influencing technical direction across multiple teams on migrations and optimization. (experience)
- Openness to collaborating with diverse technical backgrounds through clear communication. (experience)
