  • Strong relationships with CIOs, technical leaders, and public sector stakeholders (experience)
  • History of building and executing multi-year account plans (experience)
  • Experience driving pipeline from development through close and expansion (experience)
  • Ability to navigate compliance requirements in regulated environments (experience)
  • Track record of partnering with system integrators and resellers (experience)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (experience)

  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD automation and DevSecOps practices (experience)
  • Experience with infrastructure modernization initiatives (experience)
  • Familiarity with secure development in classified environments (experience)
  • Background in AI-powered software solutions (experience)
  • Public sector channel sales experience (experience)
  • Technical understanding of SDLC processes (experience)
  • Prior work with GitLab or similar DevSecOps platforms (experience)

  • Experience representing customer feedback to product teams (experience)
  • Advanced degree in business, technology, or related field (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligning GitLab with modernization initiatives
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and shape multi-year technology roadmaps
  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic prospects
  • Own book of business from pipeline development through expansion
  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs and key stakeholders
  • Drive successful GitLab rollouts and customer adoption
  • Coordinate with pre-sales engineering, support, and channel partners
  • Share customer feedback via public issue tracker to influence products
  • Partner with system integrators and resellers for deal execution
  • Align solutions with agency priorities like CI/CD and secure practices
