  • Consultative approach positioning technology as a mission enabler (experience)
  • Passion for open source and modern software development practices (experience)
  • Track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments (experience)
  • Proven ability to build consensus among diverse groups (experience)
  • High degree of major account management and control (experience)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects (experience)

  • Proven sales techniques for exceeding quota (experience)
  • Experience with system integrators and resellers (experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (experience)

  • Background in AI-powered DevSecOps platforms (experience)
  • Success in pre- and post-sales leadership (experience)
  • Ability to generate qualified leads via channels (experience)
  • Track record of contributing to product feedback loops (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligning GitLab with agency initiatives
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles and develop multi-year roadmaps
  • Partner with system integrators and resellers for solutions
  • Act as primary point of contact for strategic prospects
  • Take ownership of your book of business
  • Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales processes
  • Conduct prospecting and develop opportunities in large accounts
  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of GitLab products
  • Contribute product ideas to the public issue tracker
  • Travel as necessary to develop relationships and close deals
